Adjust slider to set length of time loop in seconds (4 seconds is recommended for first time). 

WASD or Arrow keys to move.

E to interact with shining objects.

Reload page if caught in loop.

Hey man! is it possible for you to teach me how you did the storing and replaying of previous runs? I wanted to do this but I wasn't able to.

Shoot, sorry I didn't notice the comment sooner. This was done in Clickteam Fusion 2.5 and was modified from some stuff I found online:

Basically: player movement and animation was recorded every tick and then added to an array. When player dies, make them semi transparent, turn off movement + collisions and make them follow the array. Make a new player at spawn location and respective array then have the player control that instead.

The game is actually pretty nice and it has am original concept. I would like a bit more variability, tough.

I like the concept and I think the shadow idea is really slick. It may just be me but I don't know if 5 seconds is enough to defuse. Cute little game!
